Access to the event

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
BUS

The Linéo 1 serves the Soleil d'Or stop near the stadium, and runs very frequently.

METRO

Ligne A: join the Linéo 1 bus at the Jean Jaurès metro station and get off at the Soleil d'Or stop.

ECOBILITY
BIKE

Velo Toulouse terminals allow you to reach Ernest Wallon via the cycle paths at station n°287 at the foot of the stadium.

SCOOTER

Dedicated parking for YEGO scooters in front of parking A.

CAR

Exit 1: les Sept-Deniers
Exit 31A: Blagnac Aéroport
Parking lots C and D are open to the general public.

Cameras and videos

Cameras

All cameras and/or video cameras are allowed. Our advice: make as many videos as possible and share them on YouTube and other social networks!

 

Photos and filming

During the event, photos and videos will be taken: all visitors implicitly agree that these photos and videos may be distributed, reproduced and used.

General warning

We do our best to offer you original animations to allow you to fully enjoy the unique experience that is proposed during the AMOS WFC. That is why we ask you to respect the site of the Ernest Wallon Stadium.

Anyone who causes damage will be expelled from the Stadium immediately!

It is strictly forbidden to distribute and hang flyers or posters on the AMOS WFC site and in the parking lots without permission.

What are the authorized items ?

The Amos Women's French Cup will host up to 10,000 people per day. For everyone's safety, certain rules must be followed during the event and certain items are not allowed on site. Please refer to the list below so that you are not caught off guard:

Authorized items :

  • Digital and/or disposable camera (non reflex, non professional)

  • Selfie Pole (MAX. 1m unfolded) Beware, if security considers your selfie pole to be dangerous, you will not be allowed to enter with it.
  • Fanny pack, small purse
  • Plastic sheeting and blankets for seating
  • Flags
  • Sunscreen and cosmetics (max. 90ml)
  • Sunglasses, hats
  • Sealed cigarettes and lighters
  • Cell phones and walkie-talkies.
  • Reusable water bottles (must be empty or sealed at the entrance)
  • Sealed pack of chewing gum
  • Sealed chapstick

What are the forbidden items ?

The Amos Women's French Cup will host up to 10,000 people. For everyone's safety, certain rules must be followed during the event and certain items are not allowed on site. Please refer to the list below so that you are not caught off guard:

  • NO bags, water pouches...
  • NO glass in any form
  • NO cans
  • NO weapons of any kind
  • NO paint of any kind including aerosols
  • NO smoke, flares, fireworks
  • NO Venetian lanterns
  • NO illegal substances, drugs or medications
  • NO unpackaged medications/vitamins
  • NO prescription drugs without a prescription
  • NO large chains
  • NO laser pointers - NO dangerous flagpoles
  • NO large umbrellas
  • NO unpackaged sanitary tampons
  • NO pacifiers
  • NO bikes, scooters, go-carts, or ATVs
  • NO pets, leave your pets at home
  • NO coolers
  • NO food or beverages (1 sealed water bottle allowed)
  • NO Tupperware
  • NO aerosol deodorant or perfume
  • NO tripods
  • NO projectiles or explosives
  • NO knives or sharp objects
  • NO flammable products or aerosols
  • NO water guns or foggers
  • NO chairs
  • NO flyers, stickers, posters
  • NO advertising flags, political flags
  • NO drones

Time Schedules

Thursday, August 22nd and Sunday, August 28th, 2023:

  • Doors open: 4:30 pm
  • Doors close: 11:30pm

Access control: If you have a day pass and leave the AMOS WFC, you will need to purchase a new pass to re-enter.

How do I pay for my purchases ?

During the Amos Women's French Cup, many stands will offer you, in the enclosure, paying services: refreshments, snacks and merchandising.

To pay for drinks, food, merchandising... you can pay by credit card or cash.

Do I have to show my sanitary pass to enter ?

The answer is no. The Sanitary Pass is no longer mandatory in stadiums since March 2022.

The spectator is informed that access to the Stadium may be conditional, in accordance with the legislation in force at the time, on the presentation of any health and/or regulatory proof that may be required by these rules. Any person who is unable to present such proof will be refused access to the stadium.

Is the mask mandatory inside the stadium ?

The answer is no.

Food and drinks

During such an event, it is important to be well hydrated to be in the best possible shape to fully enjoy the experience of the Amos Women's French Cup.

That's why the Amos Women's French Cup will provide you with refreshment stands in the Ernest-Wallon Stadium. In addition to these stands, food-trucks will also be there.

What are the prices for food and drinks ?

Prices are only communicated on site.

Toilets

The restrooms are FREE. Please use them! We have provided several water points where you can refresh yourself. It is absolutely forbidden to urinate outside the toilets. Anyone who urinates in the wild will be expelled from the event immediately!

TICKETING

When will tickets be available ?

Tickets are already available with reduced prices in June. Be quick!

Where can I buy tickets ?

Tickets for AMOS Women’s French Cup are available online here:

There will also be available on site.

When will I get my ticket(s) ?

Once the payment is done, you will receive a confirmation mail from XXX (check your spam it might be in it) in which they will be included.

Can I get a refund for my ticket(s) ?

From the moment of purchase by the customer, the ticket(s) cannot be exchanged or refunded, even if the ticket(s) has not been used. In accordance with article L. 121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, tickets for shows are not subject to a right of withdrawal.

PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES AND PMR ACCESSIBILITY

Our tournament is designed to be welcoming and inclusive of all people with disabilities.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any special needs.

Please note that a PSH (people with disabilities) and PRM (people with reduced mobility) referent will be there to welcome you at the stadium if necessary.

Are there any facilities for people with reduced mobility (PRM)?

A disabled person and PRM referent will be at the stadium to welcome you if needed. Please contact this number: 06.17.95.47.11

At the main entrance, the ticket office will be accessible to PRM.

Parking spaces are reserved near the stadium entrance. To access them, you will need to show proof of identity.

Guide dogs are allowed on the AMOS WFC site. Please make sure that they are easily recognizable as such.

Adapted toilets will also be available in the stadiums.

Is the event area easily accessible?

The site is accessible in a wheelchair.

What are the required documents?

To access the parking lot, you will need to present your disability card and ticket at the stadium entrance. Proof of identity may be required.
